There has been a Cabin restaurant at this site in Dover since the early 80s.

Anne-Marie Hemmings took over The Cabin, refurbished the restaurant and re-opened it in the Spring of 2007.

She was the third owner - hence, The Cabin Chapter 3.

Anne-Marie has succeeded in retaining the long established clients of The Cabin and, by building her own reputation as a chef of some standing and by serving consistently fine food, she has continued to grow the regular clientelle.
